Fred is the President and CEO
of Leonard Insurance Services. He started his insurance career in 1970
with Hartford Insurance Company in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1975 he accepted
a sales position with Insurance Services, Inc. in Canton. In 1998 Fred
was elected President of Leonard Insurance Services. As CEO he manages
the agency and still maintains a large client base.
Richard
K. Martindale

Rick is the Chairman of Leonard
Insurance. Rick began his insurance career in 1974 as a producer at a
local insurance agency. In 1981 he became a producer and Senior Vice President
of Leonard Insurance Services.
In addition to Rick's management
responsibilities, he also maintains a large client base consisting of
various manufacturing and contracting risks.

Todd Witham

Todd is Senior Vice President
and Secretary of Leonard Insurance. After graduating from Westminster
College with a BA, he began a career in insurance. Todd maintains a large
client base in commercial lines.
Todd has been a part of the
Canton community for almost all his life having grown up in North Canton.
He is actively involved in the Canton Rotary, Past Chairman of Canton
Red Cross, Past Chairman of YMCA, Camp Tippecanoe, Current Treasurer of
YMCA of Central Stark County, past member of Canton Jaycees.
Todd is the third generation
of his family to be involved with Leonard. His hobbies are golf, working
in the yard, and is also a big fan of the Cleveland Browns and Indians.

Jerry is a Senior Vice President of Leonard Insurance Services. Jerry
started his career in sales at a small local agency in 1972. In 1979 he
joined Leonard Insurance Services.
Jerry focuses on Employee Benefit
Consulting and Sales including Employee Benefit Plans and Corporate and
Personal Life Insurance. He maintains the designations of Chartered Life
Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Registered Health
Underwriter (RHU), and Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Marlene
E. McLendon

Marlene is the Treasurer for
Leonard Insurance Services. Prior to joining the agency in 1990, she worked
at American Heritage Life in Jacksonville, Florida as a Senior Group Billing
Manager. Marlene is responsible for maintaining all accounting information
for our agency. For the past thirteen years, Marlene has been a volunteer
for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrines Dinner.
Marsha
Dunn

Marsha Dunn has been with Leonard Insurance
since 1981. Her career began as a general office assistant and over the years she has
held positions handling accounts of all sizes, primarily in Commercial Lines. Marsha
spent several years as the Commercial Lines Supervisor.
In 1996, she was promoted to Vice President
of Commercial Lines and Automation. In this role she has been responsible for the
automation needs for the Agency and management of the Commercial Lines Department.
In 2006, she was promoted to Vice
President Agency Operations. Her responsibilities now include Human Resources
management.
Marsha has a broad insurance background
which includes detailed knowledge of all commercial coverage applications and a
strong overview of personal lines and employee benefits. She currently maintains
the designations of Certified Professional Service Representative (CPSR),
Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Insurance Counselor
(CIC).

Dave is Vice President at Leonard
Insurance Services. Prior to joining the Agency in 1988, he worked as
a company underwriter with Chubb Insurance Group and Bankers Insurance
Service Corporation. His responsibilities include new and renewal sales
of commercial and personal accounts.
Dave is a strong member of
the community and is involved in United Way, Northeast Community Center
Board, Rotary Club of Canton, Family Services Fundraiser, Ohio Foundation
of Independent Colleges annual Campaign and also a Pro Football Hall of
Fame Festival Volunteer.

years experience in the bond industry. Prior to joining Leonard Insurance
Services in 1991, he was a bond underwriter for Aetna Insurance and Fidelity
and Deposit Company. His main focus is bonding and insurance for the construction
industry.
Paul is a member of Canton
Rotary, Treasurer for Builders Exchange of North Central, Ohio and also
a Board Member for Heritage Christian School.

industry where he started as a Marketing Manager for Westfield Companies.
He later joined Leonard Insurance Services in 1989. Kim maintains the
designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Kim's area of concentration
is Home Builders, Retail Grocery and Architects/Engineers.
Darren

Darren is a Risk Manager and Business Development Specialist
at Leonard Insurance Services. His book of business focuses on middle-market commercial
and high net-worth personal insurance. His specializations include
manufacturers, distributors, contractors, shopping centers and building owners insurance. He has a nationwide insurance program for the Mortgage Field Services industry and is in the process of releasing two more programs this year.
Darren has worked at Leonard
since 1998. Before he joined the agency, he attended the University of
Akron, majoring in Corporate Finance. He has held the designation
of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) for over five years and counting. He is also an active member
of the National Alliance of Insurance Professionals.
Darren serves on the Board of Trustees for Leadership Stark County. He is also the Chairperson of the Development Committee for the Board at Pathway Caring for Children. He is also
actively involved in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Ribs Burn Off.

was President and Owner of Ostrov Corporation. Lee's accounting and legal background, holding both a B.S. in Accounting and Doctorate of Jurisprudence, as well as his Registered Investment Advisor designation give him a unique perspective in his Financial Planning and Employee Benefits practice.
Lee cares deeply about our children and serves on the Board of CASA/GAL of Summit County whose mission is to provide each child with a trained community volunteer to advocate what is in a child's best interest as they enter the court system as a result of allegations of abuse, neglect or dependency.

Clark

Clark
D. Swisher began his career in customer service in the banking industry
in the late 1970's. In 1980 he chose the insurance industry as a career
direction and began his training as an agent with Nationwide Insurance,
a leading company in the field of consumer insurance products.
In
the 1980's Mr. Swisher recognized the need for improved customer service
in the college student health market, and in 1985 he was awarded the contract
to provide insurance services to The University of Akron, a service he
has provided continuously for 15 years.
In
1993 he was awarded the contract to provide insurance services to Kent
State University; in 1995 Mr. Swisher won Walsh University; in 1996 and
1997 Mr. Swisher won Malone College and Youngstown State University; in
1999 he was awarded Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA; and in
2000 he has acquired the contract to provide insurance services to Northeastern
Ohio Universities College of Medicine (NEOUCOM) and La Roche College also
in Pittsburgh, PA.
In
1996 Mr. Swisher was one of the first to recognize the potential of the
Internet to provide superior service to both college administrators and
college students in the field of student health insurance. The Leonard
Insurance site, www.leonardinsurance.com was one of first sites to offer
interactive information to college students and administrators, simplifying
the inquiry process and lowering overall costs of administration.
Mr.
Swisher was instrumental in arriving at a strategic agreement between
Leonard Insurance Services and Managed Care Concepts, Inc. one of the
leading managing general underwriters in the student health industry.
This combination of personal service backed by a leading underwriter has
been the key to Mr. Swisher's success in the student health field.
Mr.
Swisher attended The University of Akron, is married and the father of
two children, and lives in Hartville, Ohio. He is an active member of
the Hartville Church of the Brethren in Hartville, Ohio, and serves on
the Boards of Directors of three public companies in Northeastern Ohio.
